Nosy Be Underwater Photography Workshop — Deposit (€500)

Secure your spot on a 10–12 night, 20-dive small-group workshop in Nosy Be, Madagascar with award-winning photographer Serge Melesan. Learn in the field (wide-angle, clean lighting, behaviour-first) and refine your images during evening editing sessions — all while diving some of the Indian Ocean’s most charismatic sites, far from the big crowds.

Group size: max 6 (true 1:1 coaching).

Level: Advanced Open Water (or equivalent) & solid buoyancy recommended.

Base: Nosy Be (Ambatoloaka / Madirokely area).

What’s included in the full package (€5,000 pp, twin-share)

• Return flights Paris ⇄ Nosy Be (economy) — other departure cities on request.
• Checked baggage; we can pre-purchase extra allowance to target ~35 kg for photo/dive gear.
• 12 nights hotel near the dive center (twin-share, breakfast).
• Airport ↔ hotel transfers (arrival & departure).
• 20 boat dives per guest (tanks & weights included).
• Half-board: choose Lunch or Dinner (the other meal is free time).
• Field coaching + evening editing with Serge (ethics-first).
• Leader logistics are smoothed into the package (no hidden fees).

• Single room supplement (+ approx. €600).

How the deposit works

• €500 deposit secures your seat and preferred session. It is deducted from the total package price (€5,000 pp).
• Balance due: 30 days before the start date.
• Trip confirmation: departures are confirmed at 60 days before the start with a minimum of 4 guests.

Small-group / minimum policy

If we are under 4 guests at J-60 you can choose:

1. Keep the date with a small-group supplement (+€600 pp at 3 guests / +€1,200 pp at 2),
2. Move to another date at no charge, or
3. Get a full refund of the workshop package paid (bank/insurance fees excluded).
4. Flights in the all-inclusive package are ticketed after the trip is confirmed.

Cancellation (guest-initiated)

• 60+ days before start: refund of all amounts paid except the €500 deposit (deposit is transferable to another session).
• 30–59 days: 50% of the package retained (or deposit if higher).
• <30 days: package non-refundable; seat transferable to a replacement guest up to 7 days before start (no fee).

After placing a deposit

You’ll complete a short info form to confirm session, departure city (Paris or other), rooming (twin/single), gear rental, and meal plan (lunch or dinner).
